although we were very busy over the weekend it was great to see you enjoying yourselves and chilling out!

We managed to get up to the big tent last thing on Sunday just to hear the last song the band was playing, but we did have a dance with everyone when 'slim boy Scotty' was spinning some tunes.. nice one Scott! Thanks!

Can't wait till next year, if anyone has any ideas for next year, then please let me have them it because it would be cool to add everyone ideas to the show...

Feedback from some of the campers

Just got back from Van Jamboree today and really enjoyed it, this has to be one of the best venues ever for a dub show, a lot of hard work had been put in to the show and lets hope it is the start of a new decent dub show, the toilets and showers were clean all weekend as promissed, the saturday evening band were very good, if i had to comment on anything it would be a bit more site lighting and a few more vw related stores but thats not a moan...... we will be going next year for deff.... thanks for your hard work pete.

It was obvious lots of planning had gone in. pity about numbers but weather probably scared peeps.
imo expensive at £30pp but i know it's not cheap to put one on. hopefully more interest from bigger dealers next year and put a 'warning clown in marquee' sign up for those of us that freeze!!! lol. excellent venue.

Hi all
just got back from jamboree after a 5 hour drive to east kent.This one is going to be a big one i hope.The organization ,venue,entertainment was absolute tops.I see there are some gripes but you cant make people trade, you can only invite them to.Good bands and top tunes all day for £10.00 per person per day dont sound to bad to me,as for the weather ,well!!
Trading for me wasnt a roaring success but what the hey, i met some really nice people and saw some nice rides. all in all i enjoyed it.
Thanks to dom67 and kingfast for coming over to say hi, good to meet you.
And lastly a BIG thanks to pete and babs for all their hard work, you looked knackered, go and put your feet up.

Great weekend and fantastic venue.
Good all round family atmosphere.
Could become the best northern VW event on the calender.
Pity a few more of the local crew didn't give it their support.
Roll on next year.

Just got back great first show Top family event nice to see a pic of my red pop top bay

For the 1st show this was a great event, if this is the start just imagine how big it`ll be next year. Now the organizers have got the experience the sky`s the limit. I think this could be as big as `Vanfest` in a few years time. Not enough stalls or food choice but that will all come when the word gets round what a well organised & chilled event this was. I`ll be going next year & recomending it to anyone who asks. GREAT SHOW!!!!!!!!!

We only had to travel few miles but even if we had not we would have enjoyed it all the same. Great facilities all kept clean I even had a shower!! All the Dirty Dub Club (well nearly all) had a great time and we appreciate the sheer volume of work and organisation it takes to make a show of this size successful. We shall definately be coming next year and hope to have more and more members as we are growing all the time and maybe we shall even have a real wedding!!

Seriously though well done to all of your team and congratulations on a brilliant weekend. We loved the venue and kids loved the space. Chip shop down road went down a treat as well. Next year we shall perhaps do a mass chippy run! You will definately have our support next year. As previously mentioned it has the potential to be the largest East Midlands shows of the year.

Ace time had by us..As already said,a very well organised first show..Respect due to all concerned with making the weekend what it was..All those weathershy types should maybe consider bringing an extra sleeping bag next time?..S'only a bit o' drizzle
