TRADE INFO

The Shows weekend camping & day attendance grows from year to year, but we have started to limit our trade & Autojumble pitches to only 80, which gives our Traders better selling power, because we are not flooded with too many stands, selling the same as each other,

But you need to get in early to secure your pitch.

 

TRADE PLOT DETAILS

All trade bookings are for full weekend
  All plots are 4 metres deep
  Pitch Prices Start at £90 for a 4 metres frontage at early bird prices 

plus £22.50 per 2 metre for any extra needed

Price includes whole weekend camping (on your plot)
  All plots are outside, on the grass
  electricity is available in allocated areas at extra cost
  Night trading available

TRADE RULES

​

These are here for the safety of our show visitors and other traders.

There are no exceptions to any of these rules

Petrol Generators are NOT allowed on site, Diesel Generators are welcome.

NO loud music/heavy bass or booming car stereos. No noise after 12am

All display vehicles must be VAG

No glass bottles or drinking glasses

No food can be sold in Trade plots

YOU CAN NOT SELL silly string, air horns, stink bombs, legal highs,

fireworks or Chinese lanterns.

TRADING TIMES

Thursday 1pm setup
Friday 7am -12pm setup / 12am - midnight trading
Saturday no setup / 9am - midnight trading
Sunday no setup / 9am - 5pm trading

INSURANCE

All stand owners must bring their liability insurance documentation

with them for inspection.
