The Shows weekend camping and day attendance grows from year to year but we have started to limit our trades stands to only 80 pitches' which give our Traders better selling power because we are not flooded we to many stands selling the same as each other,
But you need to get in early to secure your pitch.
Trade plot details
All trade bookings are for full weekend
All plots are 8 mtr deep
Pitch Prices Start at £80 for a 4 mtr frontage
plus £20 per mtr for any extra needed
Price includes whole weekend camping (on your plot)
All plots are outside and on grass
electricity is available in allocated areas at extra cost
Night trading available
TRADE RULES
These are here for the safety of our show visitors and other traders. There are no exceptions to any of these rules
Petrol Generators are NOT allowed on site. Diesel Generators are welcome.
NO loud music / heavy bass / booming car stereos. No noise after 12am
All display vehicles must be VAG
No glass bottles or drinking glasses
No food can be sold in Trade plots
YOU CAN NOT SELL silly string, air horns, stink bombs, legal highs, fireworks, chinese lanterns

TRADING TIMES
Thursday : 10pm-12pm setup
Friday : 7am-12am setup / 12pm-12am trading
Saturday : no setup / 9am-12pm trade
Sunday : no setup / 9am-5pm trade
Insurance
All stand owners must bring their liability insurance documentation with them for inspection.

Tickets and trade passes will be dispatched as normal and will remain unaffected.
The Venue Remains the same, as will the atmosphere of the event.
